George Bain, Jr - August 1990

Mr. Bain earned his Eagle Scout Award as a member of Troop 26 in Port Ewen, NY. His Eagle Service Project included repairing and painting the playgound equipment and pavilion at Ross Park, and the construction of several park benches. Prior to the project, the park was in a state of misuse and disrepair. Since the completion of the project, a continuing effort has been made by the Village of Port Ewen to maintain and develop the park. .
